Katherine Razdolsky Rothstein is a Member of Bodman PLC’s Enterprise Procurement Practice Group. Katherine counsels clients in a variety of legal matters related to treasury management, payments and vendor contracts. She has experience in creating customer agreements, advising on compliance with laws, regulations and payment association rules; and negotiating agreements for software, systems and services. As part of the contracting process, Katherine helps clients identify and mitigate risks and achieve savings and efficiencies. Katherine serves on the Board of Directors for the Great Lakes Association for Financial Professionals (GLAFP).

Karolina represents clients in connection with a variety of commercial transactions, including in the areas of banking, real estate, professional and consulting services and technology. As a former litigator, Karolina takes a risk-based approach with each negotiation, focused on assisting clients evaluate potential risks. Karolina proudly serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of FAR Therapeutic Arts and Recreation, a non-profit that provides music, art and recreational therapies to individuals with special needs.
